Before you decide, I’ll walk you through the pros and cons of purchasing a pre-construction unit. If it is the right choice, we’ll start looking at developments to determine the right location and unit style.

When there’s a home you like, I’ll schedule a viewing so we can see it in-person. This can help better determine things you need or want that you may not have even thought of.
Step 5
Once we find the right home, we’ll sit down to determine a strong offer approach and strategize on conditions and contingencies before I present the offer to the seller on your behalf.
Step 6
When offer night comes, I’ll negotiate like every dollar is my own until we reach the best possible outcome.
